VelociFi, Inc. ("VelociFi," "we," "us") operates velocifi.us. We're a pre-launch company: this site exists to describe what we're building and to let you sign up for occasional build updates. This policy explains what we collect on this site and how we handle it.

What we collect

• Email address — only if you choose to submit it through the "Follow the build" form.
• Basic technical logs — our hosting provider automatically records standard server information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) to operate and secure the site.

We do not collect financial information, credit information, government identifiers, or application data on this site. This site does not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To send you build updates about VelociFi (roughly one email per month), if you signed up.
• To respond if you contact us.
• To operate, secure, and improve the site.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who processes it for us

We use a small number of service providers to run this site: our hosting and form provider (Netlify) receives form submissions, and our email provider (Kit) sends the update emails. These providers process your information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Your choices and rights

• Every update email includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing stops future emails.
• You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
• California residents have the rights provided by the CCPA/CPRA, including the rights to know, delete, and correct, and the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@velocifi.us. We'll verify your request using the email address on file and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Retention

We keep waitlist emails until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or until they're no longer needed for the purposes above.

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above. If we ever launch lending products, those products will carry their own privacy notices as required by law before any application is taken.
